1. Boutique Orders – Custom Stitching
Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of booking your order. A full refund will be processed.
After Stitching Begins: Once stitching has commenced, no refund will be issued as fabric and materials will have been cut to your measurements.
Measurement Errors (Our Side): If the garment does not fit due to an error on our end (incorrect measurements recorded by our team), we will redo the stitching at no additional charge.
Measurement Errors (Customer Side): If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, alterations will be carried out at the customer's cost.
Design Dissatisfaction: We work closely with customers during design selection. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with a design that was confirmed and approved by the customer.
2. Course Fees – Fashion Design Courses
Before Course Commencement: Course fees paid before the course starts are non-refundable once the enrollment is confirmed.
After Course Commencement: No refund will be issued after the course has commenced, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Institute-Side Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the institute cancels a course, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation date.
Batch Rescheduling: If a batch is rescheduled and the new timings are not suitable for the student, a transfer to the next available batch will be offered. Refunds are not applicable in this case.
3. Workshop Registration Fees
Standard Policy: Workshop registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Registration Transfer: You may transfer your workshop registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the workshop date.
Institute-Side Cancellation: If the workshop is cancelled by C2D Institute, the full registration fee will be refunded within 7 working days.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are processed as follows:
Payment Method: Refunds are issued via PhonePe to the original payer's account.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
Proof Required: Please retain your payment receipt or Order ID as proof of transaction when requesting a refund.
